About Heroko

Heroko (short for HeroKid) is a brand I created when I was 15 years old. I’m Keira Chang: a Gen Z cancer survivor, children’s book author (@keiragsbook), and young entrepreneur, on a mission to support Childhood Cancer causes through creativity, community, and style.

Everyone has their own battles to fight, big or small. Heroko exists to uplift and empower them.

Our Mission

Heroko designs are made for mostly Gen Z, by Gen Z. We celebrate individuality through trendy clothing and accessories featuring original art, your favorite memes, and iconic slang, helping young people express themselves and stay ahead of every trend.

Why It Matters

In September 2023, I completed 2.5 years of treatment for leukemia. To honor Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, I launched a fundraiser for City of Hope to support families facing childhood cancer. You can read more about my journey and follow updates on Facebook.
